I would say so - from what I hear there is a big difference between large and extra large. There is some sizing info here: http://www.noogleberry.com/shop/index.php?_a=viewCat&catId=21 and I really think extra large would be too big for your chest when starting out. Maybe email Lucy from the Noogleberry sales team to confirm what you should be looking for.
Thanks! I just got an email back from Lucy saying I should get a large. I'm so excited to begin. I want to stop using it by January 2014 because I will be moving in with my BF & I feel like this would weird him out a little even though he loves big natural boobs.
I would like to add another question to this thread.
Are there any NBEs a woman who has a risk for breast cancer should avoid? My half-sister got breast cancer when she was40 and I'm half Ashkenazi Jew which is the most likely "group" to be biologically at risk.
Could a suction device, massage, or pills/creams containing hormones be avoided?
Here is an article by the US gov on the topic, in case anyone wants more info: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1751808/
