So this is my second week on BB. So far I do feel more full and roundness. But it can be due to my period. Hope the fullness stays after my period.

I haven't felt any shooting pain in the ovary and no tingling sensation on my breasts. Is this normal?

And I have to confess... I haven't been taking protein shakes.. Is there anything I can take to substitute shakes..?
