When you take Sheeps placenta, did you notice it ever makes you sleep more? Since I stop taking it, I dont fall asleep at 9'ish anymore which prior the NBE routine, I dont go to bed until 1 AM... I dont know should I resume it back or not. I dont like sleeping too much
