Hi, It's not totally impossible, not to worry you further, but it's said that estrogen (the real estrogen) can clog your bloodvessels which can lead to swollen parts of the body which could cause a bloodclot.
I'm not sure how it is with phystoestrogen, but it's safest to go to your doctor and ask, just to be safe that it isnt anything serious
