I have this problem too - going to try extra noogling if I can and tiger balm. I kept going back to 86cm at my period (for first 4 months of NBE) but managed to only drop back to 87cm last month due to noogling (I think). Hoping this month I can keep it all I will let you know if it works as I am on the placebo pills in my pack and due on Wed.
