Just an update/question
I stopped wonderup after 4 bottles . Was getting too expensive and i wasnt really experiencing the results i expected.
Currently im on Fg, wildyam, and Sp. with some red clover periodically.
I am also thinking of adding PM and cycling it 15 days on and off, taking the other herbs in the leuteal phase.
Although im scared of pm cuz previous experiences always messed up my cycle.
My question is, taking the three herb pills doesnt feel like its good enough. Taking 2 pills each 3 times a day. I dont feel anything:/..
Should i be doing things differently? Juš need some inspiration
