hi eun kyung choi I believe that if you cycle pm then you have to take it only up to 1 to 2 days before you ovulate. It sounds like you postponed your ovulation and maybe overdosed on pm? how much pm did you take daily?
I never used vitex but some of the girls here say it could help. Also progesterone cream is good for regaining balance if you use it the last 2 weeks of your cycle after ovulation. Milk thistle is also a good hormone balancer.
