Is this normal?

My question now is should I continue with my herbs (Fg sp rc I also mix wy extract with my flaxseed oil-topical application) OR should I start the pm once my period ends . Only take it for 14 days then stop. After the 14 days start back on my other herbs until my period returns?
I just felt like I did not gain anything when I was on pm before. (I know it was only the first time I ever used it. I probaby should give it more time).

With the other herbs I had a lot of swelling, tenderness and firmness. I felt like it was really working for me. Slowly bit surely.

Pm is supposed to be so much stronger than the other herbs. Why did I not get any feelings of promise in that area?

Thanks.

You sound as if your taking the herbs on the wrong days.

You have two phase in your cycle. Follicular is that first half, the day your period starts to the day you ovulate. Then you have you Luteal Phase, after you ovulate till your period starts.
The day your period starts is day 1, so if you start taking FG when your period ends then you should only take it till day 12-13 so you can ovulate on day 14-15. Then you're in your luteal phase where progesterone should be more prominent.
