I´m skinny myself, with a bmi of 17,3. Herbs and massage have worked some for me, my boobs are fuller and have grown about 2 cm in 2 months but I noticed a tendency to get bigger on the thighs (and with cellulite) with SP, so I stopped taking that. As far as I know, BO is very effective because it only targets breast tissue, so you won´t get bigger overall.
Using a noogleberry seems to be a good option too, if you take a look at their forum there are threads of very slender women who have been succesful with NB. Plus, it really is the cheapest solution in the long term.
Anything you do, take care to eat a lot of protein and have a multivitamin.
Another thing I´m trying out is listening to hypnosis downloads for breast growth, boobs feel sore after listening but I can´t really say if something like that will work used alone as I´m taking herbs as well.
