Ya, check out other people's programs for ideas, their amounts and what it did for them.

- 320 mg SP extract, or up to 3,000 mg if it's not an extract.
- 1 RC, however much is in it. It doesn't take much to saturate.
- 2-25 grams fenugreek. It's an adaptogen so the greater the amount the greater the effect. You can actually sprout the seeds and eat it by the tablespoon. But more than 6 grams dry unsprouted may upset your stomach. The amount of the extract depends on concentration, and it doesn't upset the stomach.
- PC as directed on label, though probably the minimal amount. The more you use the stronger it is, but unlike FG you can go overboard and overwhelm the RC because RC is weak.
