fenugreek or BO with BCP

so I'm on BCP not for BC purpose but for acne n menstral cramps, so I.wanted to know if anyone can answer that can we take fenugreek or BO along with it. I was thinking that it is recommended not o take together with BCP coz it will interfere the BC whether I'm just concerned for acne n cramp. do u think that BCP will interfere nbe purpose if taken together?
