Hi everyone!
I'm a 22 yo mother of two. I'm currently 125ish and I'm 5'7". I wear a size 34b cup. In high school I was a size 32b and I got pregnant when I was 18 and got up to a 36c. After that pregnancy, my breast immediately did the deflation thing and I got pregnant again a few months later when I was 19 and they did the same thing. I weighed 120 before pregnancy and 140 during and around 110 afterwards each time.
There is no fat in my breast and I cannot gain pounds. I've been between 125 and 115 since my second pregnancy 2 years ago. Its just depressing because if I life my hands over my head it looks like two wrinkled pouches there. I was never really perky which doesn't really bother me except they're deflated looking.
I regularly do chest exercises but its not helping much. I take prenatal vitamins for my hair and nails because the pregnancies also made them brittle. I don't know what to do for my breast however. I've read a few threads that recommend d ifferent things so I just wanted advice on where to start.
