Hi, newcomer here, first post.
I'd like to get feedback from others on a recipe for breast cream I found on the internet. It involves grinding up 2 tbsp oatmeal, 2 tsp fennel seed, and the contents of 2 wild yam capsules. Add the mixed up powder to a 16 oz. container of Eucerin Healing cream (or equivalent brand), and use that twice a day in Breast Massage.
I've been following this regimen (along with fenugreek and some other herbs) for a little over a week, and breasts do feel fuller. Anything I could do to improve that breast cream?
