If that guy had talked to me, someone who is VERY well studied on the various anti-androgens and androgenic problems in general, I coulda told him NOT TO TAKE SAW PALMETTO!
It was the LAST thing he needed. Finasteride would have done the SAME EXACT THING TOO! What he SHOULD have done was take spearmint. Lots of it. I'm talking 2 to 5 grams a day. His problem wasn't excess DHT, or even excess T, it was excess FREE T. Which is what spearmint is for.
Also. You're totally wrong that everything we take here has any toxicity. Some of it does. Some stuff that SOME people take is extremely toxic and I honestly try to warn people off when I notice it, there's always a non-toxic alternative. ALWAYS.
Some of the stuff we use are actually known super-foods, GRAS to a point you'd make yourself sick even trying to eat that much.
