I've been doing the circular motions inward, and I just added the Chiyomilk fat transfer massage a couple of days ago. I do circular for 5-10 minutes morning and night, and I actually tan standing in front of a canopy for about 20 minutes (10 on each side) and I do the Chiyo then. I take a hair/skin/nail supplement with collagen in it. I was massaging with Vitamin E oil only, now I've added cocoa butter oil with vitamin E and I alternate...Going to keep it up, I like to see results!! This is so much better than surgery because they're real...can't wait to get my first "comment" on the change lol
I've ordered red clover tea, but I'm going to wait until after my monthly in a couple of weeks before I try it because it says it can cause bleeding, and I'm not sure how I'm going to be affected by massaging..I've seen some posts where it's heavier for some people and won't stop, and some posts where it's lighter.
