Day one i drank 3 glasses total .
Today my girls are already noticeabley rounder however no growth today i will be drinking 1 half cup each 6 hours my boiling mix include 8 pm pills / 450mg each poped open powder boiled in water and 2x green tea bags added for flavor. the pm added a noticeable scent of pm to the mix so i am aware it is strong enough to do business . I have had no real growth from pm within a 4 month time frame -not cycled 1 to 3 tablets were ingested daily .
I am using dongaporn (i believe that's the brand or its thyaporn i can't remember) brand of pm. Fenugreek gave me extremely painful migraines so that product is unusable ! Day 1 side effects ( after drinking 2 glasses) dizzy, strange heart beat slower and "deeper" i was extremely moody like pms slight traces of 'i hate everything ' lol and ringing in the ears , all side effects wore off within 3 hours of ingestion. my next dose wad 1 full glass considering previous side effects. no side effects became present excess vag dis. yuck tmi

day 2- bare with me i have to drink my coffee first . noticeable roundness slightly more perky i will be drinking a half cup every 6 - hours instead of a full cup it seems to still be to strong .

Using that method, we tell ourselfs that the test will fail!

You might be experiencing the placebo effect, if you believe it will work, and you have faith that it will work. then it will appear that its working.

If it works, my testing indicated that first the breast cells fill up with water.
with someone that already has breasts, i would think they would feel firmer? as you say rounder.
If it works it will take days for the breast cells /thru RNA to create enough proteins to make them hard.
If whenever there is no question that the breasts are larger, then for a while you need to eat a lot of class A proteins.
Milk products, eggs, meat, fish. - fruits and vegetable will not do.

Your no growth with pm over a four month period makes this a perfect test- My testing indicated that most of the estrogen is destroyed by the digestion process and very little actually gets sent to the liver.- and your 4 mouth's on it- probably none.

By first suspending the estrogen in solution ( ionic compound ), it bypasses digestion and is sent directly to the liver for conversion to a estrogen analog. And we end up with a massive estrogen spike, which can be bad.

Its best not to eat solid foods for two hours before, so the estrogen doesn't stop in the stomach to get washed with acid.

When you run PM thru the coffee machine, cool the liquid fast in an ice water bath, so as not to subject the estrogen to 212 degrees longer then necessary.
