has anyone grew alot, but when u stopped went back to the same size?

Im kind of scared that if I do this program and my boobs get really big (lets say like what happens in pregnancy) and I stop, theyre gonna go down... and be even worse then before cuz what if they get saggy n stretch marks :O
anyone got anythoughts on this??
