Hi everyone, thank you all for your advice, i cannot believe how hard it is to stop lol i always thought i could quit just like that, how wrong was i lol, but i know i smoke from habit as i am just use to a routine, so i am going to try to change that, there are some things that has been suggested that i have never heard of and they sound like they could work for me, i am also worried about gaining more weight if i stop as my weight is so erratic at the moment, up and down all the time but hey i would sooner not smoke lol.
