Hello

I know this may sound like silly, but its on my mind.
I switched from freshly ground fg to fg extract and the extract is not making me smell whatsoever.
I have read that the smell is indicative that is is absorbing and working.

Does anyone have any advice or suggestions?
The gals Ive read up on all use fg capsules,maybe I should just take those to be sure its working?

I make hot tea with Whole Fenugreek Seed every evening.
