Never heard of skin wisdom at all. I've heard of pueraria uk and haven't heard any horror stories, so they'd probably be a safer bet... Skin wisdom could be good though, they certainly cost less, though that could be a consequence of the cheaper packaging.

I imagine the latter is some random person buying bulk sizes of raw herb from one of the major suppliers in Thailand and putting it into capsules with a capsule maker, putting 60 of those in a baggie, and selling them.

Since we don't know what major supplier they're buying from, unless you can find out, we can't know the quality of the herb they're getting.

Thank you very much for your reply and advice, AbiDrew85! I've finally decided to turn to PM after not experiencing results from other programs I've tried. Do you reckon both brands are equally as potent in PM (they both say 500mg)? I really hope to start off with the most potent possible option.
