However, I have really gotten into massaging and up until last night I was using plain old baby oil. Yesterday afternoon I went out and got some flaxseed oil and I did a quick massage (100 rotations) before bed.
I have been feeling pains and tingles the last two days and I can tell my breasts are looking plumper after the massages. I know this is swelling, but hopefully this will turn into growth. Especially now that I ditched the baby oil. My left side is looking bigger than my right. I noticed that before the nbe, but it was barely and I could only tell from above... but after the massages I can definitely tell. Yesterday I started doing an extra 100 on my right so hopefully they will catch up.
My diet still sucks and I don't see that changing until my family goes back to Bermuda. My fiance had a wreck and is using my car, so I am at the mercy of whatever my family eats right now. My mom is super fit, so hopefully we can go back to healthy food. Right now there is a lot of southern cookin' going on. I am also going to a party tonight that was planned before I started my program, so after tonight I am cutting out alcohol.
Also, I have read a lot on here about people hiding their nbe programs from their significant others... I decided to just put it all out there. He was good until I mentioned wanting a noogleberry, to which he replied "is that even legal?". Ah well, I tried! I even managed to get through 15 minutes of Blake Talks while lying beside him on the couch last night before he turned Netflix on and my headphones were not enough to block it out.
I plan on starting again on Blake Talks Monday night. It took me a minute to get used to, but man it is so relaxing. I was not expecting that.
Planning on adding PM as soon as I can. I still haven't figured out how to take pills according to my cycle and since my wedding is in two months I am going back on the pill next month. I wonder how that will affect my progress.
