While pumping, I'm not sure if there's anything you CAN do and I would think that putting ANYTHING adhesive on them MIGHT hinder them growing in that location and you'll end up with a pair that looks like they've ALWAYS got a Band-Aid on them.
Once your done pumping for a while, the covers might work. I suppose you just want to keep that puffy look from being noticed by others until the girls grow bigger and stop being puffy.

I think the covers would work...as long as they stay on..
