I'll admit straight off I don't get it.
But here's what I'd try...
Ditch the SP. It's been known to cause similar problems as you're experiencing.
Try spearmint. I'm betting your PC prolly has an anti-androgen or two in the carrier cream, and if not, progesterone is also an antiandrogen.
Yes. SP IS an anti-androgen, but it doesn't really work the way a lot of people think it does. And can be potentially harmful if you don't need it for what it does do. And I think you've fallen into the potentially harmful category.
You could use the vitex... I'd use it when you use the PC. Or you could maybe use it all cycle. Some girls do without problems and others find they're better off cycling it using it only when using PC. Since you seem to be particularly sensitive to things, I'd suggest using it only while using PC.
And yeah. PM half the cycle and PC the other half is a good plan.
So mostly, my main suggestion is ditch the SP and try spearmint.
