Ahhhh same here, but I really never thought much of it 
I put Palmer's Cocoa Butter Oil around my breasts but yeah, the domes are always fogged up and my boobs are wet! To me it just kinda made sense, to be sucking all the hot blood to the boobs in a confined "breathing" space, resulting in sweat seems like something that should be expected. And because the air is so hot in the domes is why they are foggy So, even though my experience is with the NB, perhaps it is the same kind of issue (increased warm blood flow + confined breathing space) with the Brava domes?
