Hello All:
I am new to the site. I am 52 and menopausal, so not sure how to begin. I would like to use PM and herbs along with massage. Not sure how the cycling works, since I have no cycle to follow. I am having some unwanted facial hair growth, so I have just started drinking Spearmint tea.
Any advice you may have would be appreciated!
