I am not really answering your question, just sharing my experience, I had really sore breasts in my luteal before I started NBE. It was quite annoying, for like two weeks they were really painful to touch, it would also really ache when I simply get up in the morning, just changing the position from laying to standing caused pains, but it stopped after I started NBE, exactly the opposite of what happened to you, I cannot explain why it stopped either.
