Hello. If you are wanting a pump but don't want to spend the price for a noogle or higher brand, try looking on ebay. I didn't buy the cheapest one available but I only paid around $40.00 for mine. I have only used it a few times for at least an hour a day...no lesss. I do have swollen breast afterwards for a few hours. I am hoping begin using it everyday.
