I'm one with sore boobs a lot. Do you take any hormone medications or supplements? Of course the breast is sore during PMS but if any hormone is out of whack, it can make you feel like you have PMS all the time. I think I have fibrocystic breasts and I wonder if you do too. Google it and see if you think that is what it could be and if so, then what could be causing it.
