Yh a manual pump works noogleberry has the same, really cheaper pumps should do exactly the same there's just normally no choice in cup size and might not be as well made eg rough edges or not as long lasting. But if it looks good I think someone was using Chinese cupping breast pump that looked more comfortable so yes I would say its really worth a try you could find something better than the normal ones and cheaper and please write a review up if you do.
