Just a note. Im tall and slim and think I have a very high metabolism which probly isnt helping matters. Im going to do at least 2 months before doing a break and trying natureday. I hope greenbush works for you (and me)..

Yeah I am kinda like you.. I'm also skinny and have a high metabolism....and doesn't matter how much I ate, I don't seem to gain weight...that's what I am always looking for a way to gain breast fats also I am estrogen deficient..

Which product exactly are you using (from Greenbush)right now? I ordered the enhancement kit which contains 300 capsules of a blend of fenugreek, saw palmetto and wild yam, and a 4oz extract. Hope that will work...

I've also read studies about saw palmetto blocking estrogen and estrogen boosting foods like soy and stuff... Do you have any ideas about it? Made me scared and not sure if I still want to take saw palmetto

well because you know your have issues with estro id ask greenbush what they suggest for you in particular. I ordered the exact same as you along with some bustea tea (just started)
I also have been hearing a lot about saw palmetto not being suitable but in all honestly I have given greenbush the benefit of the doubt because they don't just sell BE herbs etc plus it seemed (to me anyway..) the least invasive way of doing it and that it would help with overall hormonal health - what more can you do than place your trust in people..
why don't you try some volufiline like im doing? ive read positive comments about it increasing fat tissues and for the likes of us who cant gain weight it might just work for us!

anyway keep me updated on if you go ahead with greenbush. I know its hard when you see sooo many positive testimonials and you wonder how many people who its failed for have not been posted up you know.
oh and fyi, like yourself I NEVER gain weight but having read all sorts of negatives about saw palmetto making you get bigger thighs I have to admit I have noticed my thighs getting a bit wobbly so better watch for that! however im so slim anyway it doesn't make a big difference! il add you as a buddy if you can do that and let you know how im getting on and literally as I type my breasts are sore!!!! have been for a few days now and it not the time they normally do in my cycle so you never know....

Omg yes sure! I'll add you and we can keep each other updated on the progress. I've been thinking about making a thread about my program but I wait till I get the package from greenbush and when I get everything organized I am a bit worried about the saw palmetto, but since the capsules come with a blend of it, I guess I'll have to give it a try...also I am thinking of taking low dosages at the begining and maybe slowly add it up.... I am 19 yrs old and people say that's kinda young to start, but my breasts have stopped growing for like 2 yrs... However I do really want to keep everything in my body organized and try not to mess them up

As for volufiline, where did you get those? I haven't actually heard about it before and I'll do some research on that and perhaps give it a try Thanks for your suggestion Ellacraig tho!!!

For the program I am thinking of doing, the only herbs I am taking are actually just the greenbush ones, plus vitamins, Flaxseed oil (I take them orally and for massage, and some people say they got great results from it), protein shakes and soy milk. I am trying to design a program that is more natural and healthy, so that I dont have to worry too much about having side effects....But thats just a thought...


Anyways, it's great to know you and we can improve on our busts together XD !!!!
