I've been wandering if that is true. I read somewhere in archive from a former brava user, that larger swelling (higher pressure) coincided with the biggest growth phase. I could explain it to myself, that with the bigger swelling the tension inside the skin is bigger, so maybe it can trigger growth better and another point- bigger swelling lasts longer, so the tension remains also many hours after taking off the domes.

I am testing that myself, but I thought maybe some older users have tested it already and could share their experience with us?
