A non-hormonal option that is a really helpful addition to any NBE program is some form of tissue expansion and circulation device. A couple examples would be the Noogleberry (most affordable-- I have this one and I love it!), Bossom Beauty, and Brava. There are also items that mimic these better-known devices on ebay, although I have never tried them, they are there as an option.
I know that it is recommended to start with 3 grams a day, and gradually increase to NO MORE than about 8 grams of Fenugreek a day when taken orally. But, since you are applying it topically, I would assume less would work since you are applying it directly to the area.
As for results, typically expect to see changes after the first 3 months, and give any program a 6-months fair trial before giving up on itAlong with positive thinking, patience is also a key to success in NBE!

Thanks for your advice on the devices, are they safe to use on fibrocystic breasts? I also am horribly prone to stretchmarks with the slightest change in my body (i swear even when I have not grown!) so am a little nervous of that too.. as well as finding the time to do this in private so I have kind of avoided those types of devices.However if they work well then it is worth it!
Is the growth permanent if you stop?
