It would be good to add for anyone who doesn't already eat a lot of MSM, chicken's feet, beef tendon, tripe, bone broth or meat skin. Collagen supplements OTOH are worthless because unless you take it by the large scoopful it can't match food nor make a difference in the amount of tissue in your body. It would be like trying to gain weight with little lard pills.
Loved this. This has been my most recent hunch but you just completely confirmed it for me.... I take MSM mostly for circulation, as I read somewhere that it is good for that. I also take it for my joints for my lower body workouts and to help my hair grow faster. I don't really take it for the collagen production, although that is a nice added benefit.
