Hello, I took two herbs (Pueraria Mirifca and Red Clover) a few months ago. Prior to taking these herbs I was getting PMS symptoms before menstruation (I would get hungry, tired, depressed, grumpy, breakouts, etc). Well, a few months ago I started taking Pueraria Mirifica in the second half of my cycle, and Red Clover in the first half. I experienced NO problems with this. Only when I switched and started taking Red Clover in the SECOND half of my cycle and Pueraria Mirifica in the FIRST half of my cycle have I started experiencing PMS-like symptoms after menstruation has ended. Also, I have been getting migraines before menstruation.

When I went to the doctors awhile back, before taking any herbs, I was low in progesterone during the second half of my cycle. (I had no problems with migraines at this time).

I took these herbs initially to get some breast growth, which I didn't see much unfortunately--I don't think I was taking enough, but now its been a few cycles that I haven't taken ANY herbs and I'm still getting my PMS after my period. It's causing a lot of issues for me, mainly migraines. Since you all are very knowledgable about herbs and hormones, what hormone could I be high in during the first half of the month now, and what hormone might be high in the second half? Also, do you think taking Red Clover in the first half, and PM in the second will help to revert my hormones back to their normal cycle? Thanks
