tibetan said that i must be on a vegan diet for at least one month, i tried but i couldn't, so i'll just trying with these stuffs only .
with breakfast : 1 tablespoonful crushed flaxseed
2 caps of 100mg DIM
1 cap fish oil
1 cap zinc
after one hour : whey protein shake
Emergen-C Lite MSM
after one hour : spearmint tea
after one hour : 1 cap chines skullcap
with lunch : 1 cap fish oil
: 2 cap calcium d gulocarat
: 1 cap vit b and folic
after one hour : msm again
after one hour : spearmint tea again
with dinner : 2 caps DIM
: whey protein shake
before bed : 1 cap Chinese skullcap
may be adding milk thistle or dandelion later
massage : chi massage 200 rotation twice a day .
and of course adding vitex, vit E and pc 1/2 teaspoon twice a day on my luteal phase .
noogleberry all the month 1 hour twice a day with lavender or evening primrose oil .
and may be increasing the msm to 3g or 4g per day
i'm gonna do this for 2 months and if i feel better i'm gonna make a lab hormonal test again .
i wish i gain some weight too
