I get paid tomorrow and am going to Wal-Mart to buy an organic shampoo that will keep my scalp clean and fresh and Rogaine (minoxodil, but you know that) foam to see if it helps. Body wise, I'm not worried. I respond quickly. So not doing NBE yet. But will welcome it.
I refuse to take tylenol/aspirin/random man made snake oil
for even the most severe head aches... I let my body heal itself. I always thought/believed my body will tell me what it needs. I'm fresh and clean lol. I've found (for myself anyway) most head aches are from dehydration. Water heals ALL!!!!
I have a stressful job (mechanic) yeah people..... your manly man mechanic is a woman on the inside.... I fix your car/truck and put flower petals in your vents lol.... I'm that bitch that gives you your vehicle back cleaner than you gave it to me. I'm anal (wink).
