Thank you also isobasic. I will now look into Fish Oil. I have found one which is high in EPA & DHA, but please may I ask what is ALA? I've not heard that before, is this a 'bad' thing to consume?
Alpha Linolenic Acid isn't 'bad' at all, it just has to go through quite a lot of processes in the body before it becomes useful - and you need a lot of it to get a reasonable amount of the useful stuff in your system.
