I created this thread just to record my NBE journey and keep track of my program and the progress
So I started NBE at the begining of this month, Oct 2nd and here's some stats so far:
Bust-- starting 31 in; now 31.5 in
Underbust--starting 28.5 in; now 28.5 in
Height--5'5''
Weight--110 lbs
Age--19
I consider myself as a bit underweight so I planned to gain some weight through diet while I do NBE. Before I actually start anything, I did some research on NBE and got a lot of info from many of you on this forum and thank all of you again for sharing some really useful info
After some research I decided not to mess up with hormones for now (and I was a bit overwhelmed by all these different kinds of herbs and side effects....), so I came up with a program with just the basic supplements and massage just to see how it goes for me. And so far I gained half an inch from it already! So here's the program---
Starting Oct 2nd
Flaxseed Oil capsules (Cold Pressed) 1000mg x 3
Vitamin A capsules 3000mcg/10,000IU x 1
Vitamin C tablets 575mg x 2
Calcium Magnesium D Advanced tablets (D,Mg, Ca, Zn) 300mg x 2
Tri-iron Folic tablets 195mcg(folic)+10mg(iron)+39mg(spinach) x 1
0.5 hr Flaxseed oil massage 1000mg x 2
Volufiline Cream dime size massage till absorbed x2 per day (from the 22nd)
Diet: various nuts, soy milk 250ml per day, protein shakes (150 ml sometimes if I remember)
So as you can tell they are really just basic basic things, but they do work for me I am going to keep doing this for another month before I start some other programs, and see how it goes....
I attached the before and after pics and would appreciate any and all of your advices or suggestions
