i tried taking pics but was soo embarrassed to have them on my phone incase, my hubby, daughter, ANYONE happened to see them lol
so that said I think il just take some very unique specific measurements and do it that way lol
good on you for taking a break from the herbs. I almost guarantee that'll stop the emotional side of things too
well some of them ha ha I have no idea whats going on for you but all I can say is that I relate in that things get to me more than what they used to since I started the herbs and I tell you what!!! ive always been soo slim and now im putting on tummy weight!! gutted! that said it might not be the herbs but it could be the protein shakes :sil be taking a break after a solid 3-4 months irrespective of results and il do a massive detox then maybe start again after. you know what, from what ive read taking a break is a really good thing, and restarts the process after you had the break! (well heres hoping huh..)
