I use LifeFlo PG cream that I buy on Amazon. There are others but it should contain 20 mg. of PG per application. The directions say to apply twice daily for 3 out of 4 weeks but since my progesterone was just below normal, I was advised to skip only 1 day per month. You can apply in different places rotating sites. Once a day I apply it on my breasts, the other time I rotate among my arms, back of legs, abdomen & neck.

Thanks lostacres6, I have used pc before but that was before my salvia test. My test showed 96 range from 75 to 290. So I'm on the low range. I will check out LifeFlo thank you. Have you had your levels rechecked since starting pc? Do you ever stop using it except in your normal routine.
