I am estrogen dominant too. It depends on why you're estrogen dominant if progesterone will help. I believe the cause of my estrogen dominance is candida overgrowth so I can't use progesterone because candida love progesterone. Otherwise, it is supposed to help. You should also consider taking DIM as this would help too.
