Unlike some of the people here, I do NOT want my nipples to grow much. (or at all really!) Any way to stop that from happening too much?

I read that in the case of tuberous breasts, the breast tissue is constricted to the center of the breast, causing it to grow into the nipple, making the nipple larger and puffy. I suspect I might have a bit of this constriction. Would focusing on massaging only the outer breast help the tissue there develop?
