Yay! Are you also doing their 3 step system? I think I'm a 32 band too. The 34 I'm almost on the tightest hook.
I wore it the entire day yesterday and I did see an improvement in the shape of my breasts when I took it off Big Grin

It didn't last but I think if I'm to wear this everyday for a few months it will definitely improve the shape.
