Uhh I don't believe that, you should retain the swelling much longer, actually what I heard is when you like what you retain 12h NOT 4h after taking off the domes do the same number of weeks to make it permanent. But that makes only sense if you do shorter cycles of 3-4 months, if you do it longer 6 months +, you need like 2 months to make the last gain permanent-this is my opinion.
