A few questions if you please...
Is there a list of herbs and their hormonal effects/content (estrogen vs progesterone)? I would at least like to know Fenugreek, Wild Yam, Fennel, Red Clover, Saw Palmetto.
Is fenugreek best for breast massage? Does the powder smell as bad as liquid extract? What is a substitute for fenugreek (same hormonal effect)?
Is putting progesterone (in cream and/or in herbs) on breasts good or bad for growth? Would an estrogenic herb be best for topical application to breasts?
How do i relate these herbs to my menstrual cycle? Do i need to take estrogenic herbs and progestin herbs at different times during my cycle? Do i continue taking them through menstruation?
What is the best mix of herbs based on their plant hormones? More estrogen herbs than progestenic? Equal amount?
Are there others besides estrogen and progesterone that must be incorporated into a NBE program?
I know that if you're over 30 you may need growth hormones. Try to eat organic and avoid xenoestrogens. Try to keep your blood sugar from spiking...
