Hi girls,
I started a new program yesterday that I hope will work for me. I've been saving up for this experiment because I'm fairly poor, not even enough to get a panel done, but I believe I'm estrogen deficient & dominant and progesterone deficient, just based on the symptoms. During puberty I had a bunch of family issues that stressed me out all the time, so I never had a regular period and I think my progesterone was manly used to produce massive amounts of cortisol to relieve the stress.
I'm 19 years old, 5'3", and weigh 95 lbs on the average day. I'm pretty much a twig with a nice small butt and 32a boobies. I've tried desperately to gain weight because I knew that would help with small breasts, as well as fill me out a little more, but no matter how much I lazily sit around the house and eat the worst kinds of food, I have never been able to see 3 digits on a scale. No big 100 for me.
And I've seen on this forum that a lot of people my size have lower hormone levels in general. I guess our tiny bodies just can't produce enough! So my program is supposed to raise estrogen a good bit, cycle progesterone cream with flax seed oil, and lower testosterone.
