Ok, thanks. It probably would be good for me to take it while on my period. I've been spotting and just took my temperature and it was 97.8 and the next time was 98.3. Strange. I might need a new one. It was one of the cheaper ones. But I know my normal temp is usually about 98.4.

It's recommended that you use a fertility or mercury thermometer because those are more accurate than regular temperature ones. I don't because I'm cheap and lazy. Regular thermometers tend to underestimate your temp, so it works but not ideal. Are you measuring right after you wake up at the same time every day? Your body temp will change over the course of the day; you want to get the lowest measurement.

It is interesting that you mention about the fat migrating from wearing the wrong bra because I know I have that fat under my armpit. I was wearing 34Bs for the longest time even after my boobs grew from birth control. I was calculating my band size wrong so I thought I was a 34B especially since they don't look big. When I started measuring correctly I found I was a 32D. I didn't think it could be right since they don't look that big AT ALL. But somehow it fits. I'm probably gonna have to be an F cup before I look big. LOL

Make sure you lean over and scoop the fat to the sides into your bra! Some women who aren't doing NBE have actually gone up some sizes just from wearing a better bra.

I think the 3 Step bra is what most people mean when they talk about Bradelis. It's supposed to reshape the breasts, though I don't know if it actually works or if it's the one chiyomilk used. I know what you mean about the sizes, but it seems they just run really small. I think I'm a D-cup on their sizing chart.

I don't take my temp every day. Probably when I start the program I will. I just did today out of curiosity and it was in the afternoon. Does the fat actually stay in your bra once you let go? They sure do know how to make you feel better by saying you're a bigger cup size. but I think I'd feel embarrassed trying to tell people I was an F. They'd look at me like I'm crazy!
