Thanks ladies, I think I'm going to try to stick with it for a while, even if all the massage does is strengthen my shoulders then at least it's something. Is 100 rotations once a day enough or should I be doing more? I know everyone is different and what works for others may not work for me, but I'm at a complete loss as to how much, how often and just how I should be doing these things. Any help is appreciated.
