I sleep on my right side, mostly, and my left breast is bigger. I doubt there is a correlation. What I do wonder about is whether there is a correlation between dominant hand and which breast is larger.

It seems more likely that handedness would be responsible, but I really don't know. But this eases my mind somewhat, because I hate sleeping on my left side. (No need to alter my sleeping habits to avoid asymmetry.)
