Take a look at this page. I believe it will answer most of your questions. I had another page somewhere for you to look at. I'll find it later. Also I would go to tghe site search engine and search for newbie. Also do so under each of the old archive site. You can click archive from within each section of the new site. It will take you to the old site section individually. Then click on search this forum. There is a ton of info in the old site.
